Never recieved items.

Speedo USA - Never recieved items.
I bought two swimsuits from Speedo and never recieved items. The connection to launch my account from Lastpass was not secure. I didn't even get a confirmation email for my orders. That lack of confirmation was the first tip off something was wrong, in addition to not getting my items after a week. Then I noticed the contact phone number does not work and they have bad reviews at the Better Business Bureau(which they are not a member). Really afraid to ever buy here again. The Live Chat link didn't activate either. Wow, feels like a ghost company operating outside normal business channels.

I believe my ID as an employee of Warnaco in USA, reseller of Speedo Brand is still active somewhere in Australia/UK/Other Country as Speedo Apparel is on someone I believe a She. Never received items--almost 3 months later, no response to request for refund

Is Speedo going bankrupt? I ordered items in November and it is now Feb and I have not received them or the refund I requested when it became clear I would not get them. If you message them through website or call customer service number, you get a third-party agency that will just forward your messages but can't do anything about them. I'm now trying to dispute the charge through my credit card.

i still need a refund on my three suits returned. i tried to contact to get this resolved and its still not resolved by "pissed customer". Thats a bad name for a helping service. I guess I'm that "Pissed customer" not that it is not resolved. order 52694**** all three suits should be refunded to my card and I should be contacted.

Hello,

I would like to reach out to you after our two latest bad experiences with swimsuits from Speedo.

My two daughters of 12 and 9 yrs old are competitive swimmers in Vienna, Austria.

For training and competition, we need to have a lot of swimsuits at disposal.

We were recently turning to Speedo, after many years of buying Arena equipment.

We had total faith in the high level standards of your brand.

However, it's already our second purchase that ends up in the bin, literally.

The swimsuit becomes totally loosen up, basically transparent. It loses its whole elasticity.

It does not remain attached to the person, but literally hangs over the body.

And this happened all of a sudden today, after we bought it as a Christmas present only 4 months ago!

I attach pictures.

Same experience last year with another swimsuit.

Of course, being a family of swimmers, I can ensure you that the swimsuits are well taken care of.

Rinsed with water, no washing products, hung up immediately after use, no heating, nothing at all that could damage them.

So my question is: why this is happening?

I am a swimmer myself, having still swimsuits from my youth! Maybe a bit ruined, but not reduced like that.

I would like to get an explanation from the Speedo customer service.

Is it only bad luck with shops here in Vienna?

How can I trust to buy Speedo again?

We are now so let down...

My daughters have competitions both this coming weekend and at the end of April, and I find myself throwing swimsuits in the bin and in need of buying urgently new ones.

Let me please gain trust in your brand again!!

Purchased the Biofuse fins. The fin blade split in half during a workout. Either my kick is too powerful or the fins are weak. (Im a 67 yrs old masters swimmer. )

**POTENTIAL ACTIVE SCAM** Federal Trade Commission notified!!! Placed an order for 3 items.

After waiting quite some time, the items were not dispatched. I called to cancel my order, they said they couldn't stop the order and that I needed to accept the items and send them back. I did just that, sent all 3 items. They only refunded me for 2 items and when I called they said I needed to prove I sent all items.

Unbelievable. Additionally, they seemingly refunded less than I paid. I checked the BBB website and this is a trend in recent months of it happening to others.

BUYER BEWARE! I went ahead and reported to the FTC

Wen I received my order July 7. It was no purchase paperwork what so ever the 3 XL Speedo Navy Marina volley shorts for men was way to big I call you company for return and they ok it and send me a return label I went to UPS they said numbers from your returned label was not reading bud did manually and send it back to to you company

Very poor customer service. Products are ok but not better than $20 a piece Amazon product. I wonder how the company survive with such poor service. I would give no star.

We have been loyal customers for over 10 years and after we ordered a $400 suit that was desperately needed for a championship meet it took 2 weeks to finally get it. 1st one was lost and 2nd one got to us so late after they promised it 2 days later. This has affected our family in a terribly negative way. I am so disappointed with Speedo. The customer service was not good either. It was an awful experience

I lost $65 to UPS the suit to Pennsylvania which never got to him bc of the weather so he never got to wear it. Not to mention the customer service reps in London were very very rude!

He is a minor and they wouldn’t let me speak to the situation because it was his account. Even though it was my credit card. Ridiculous! This was a very emotional situation in my house for his senior year championship season.

Will never forget the experience. It was terrible!!!
