Water shoes issue

Speedo USA - Water shoes issue
Good morning! I purchased two separate pair of soft sole water shoes for my kids. My kids wore them once in my parents above ground pool and they started to rip apart. My son's wore his for 15minutes I'm the water at Darian Lake yesterday and then wanted them off. And my daughter wore hers for about the same but was carried after. Both shoes are just torn up on the bottoms. I was expecting them to last alot longer then this since they were $20/pair. Why did this happen? And what can we do going forward? Thank you Jessica Hibbard

Terrible shopping experience

Terrible customer service. Does not respond to messages. Took 10 days to ship item ordered with 2-day shipping. They sent the wrong size and the return portal on their website does not work!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Speedo has been around for a long time. They know that they are the top dog, but why is the customer service so bad and so difficult. I will gladly purchase TYR and Arena products for all my swim team needs in the future.

Right Size Ordered, Way Too Small !

I wear a medium swim suit. I ordered a medium. When I received it, the tag said medium. I was smaller than a small ! I couldn't get it on at all ! But, They still charged me $6.00 to return it, even though it was their mistake ! Won't be ordering hear again...

I ordered the wrong size need to return it

I ordered a size 36 I need a size 34 what are my options and 85 called I have been buying Speedo swimsuits for many many years I ordered several swimsuits and I accidentally ordered one swimsuit as a size 36 I don't need size 36 I need size 34 so I need to return the size 36 and exchange it for a size 34 it's already been paid for I enjoy your company you really are a very good company I do have questions about the one suit that I did receive it's very very comfortable and I am very wondering why the other suits are made the same way and if I could talk to someone that would be fantastic so if there's any way that someone from Speedo USA could contact me that would be amazing because I have been using you guys for years and I would really like to hear from you and I would actually love to talk to an actual person if that's possible I'm not sure if that's possible or not because a lot of companies just dues automated services but I so far I have been very satisfied with Speedo USA but I really would like to talk to an actual person and my phone number is 513-678-**** so this is possible

VERY BAD AND IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOM SERVICE

My tracking record showed that my package was delivered on 2th July, but I didn't receive any till today. I called the custom service today and they said I SHOULD BE THE ONE WHO FILED A CLAIM WITH UPS, AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGE THAT HAS BEEN SENT TO UPS. and they said someone do signed for the package, which means someone has the package, and IT IS NOT LOST, but they even don't require a signature!!!! THE CUSTOM SERVICE IS VERY ARROGANT. NOT even to mention to full refund nor resend the package. Besides, if you file with UPS, it would be ENDLESS WAITING. IT IS MY WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER, NEVER BUY STUFF FROM THEIR WEBSITE! NOW I REALLY APPRECIATE AMAZON's ONLINE CUSTOM SERVICE!

The swim team my daughter swims for ordered caps in 2016 and they were of thicker millage and she still has them. In 2017 i ordered thru the team a personalized swim cap with her first name and middle initial. It came in and she used it thru most of the short course season. This cap was considerably thinner than the 2016 purchase and tore a chunk out when she was putting it on.

Broken google return

I ordered two pairs of googles for $44. One pair arrived broken. I called and they said I could return them without shipping or taxes removed. I explained that I wanted two pair and could they send me unbroken googles, for that I had to place another order; this time the one pair of identical googles cost $45. I'm now, $89 in the hole for two pair of googles. I returned broken pair and was refunded $23. Now, I've paid $66 for two pair of googles because they sent me broken ones the first time. Three phone calls to customer service and NO RECONCILIATION!

Poor Customer Service

1) I placed an order and before it was delivered they went on sale. When I called to ask for an adjustment I was told it wasn't possible. So, I sent back the order and reordered it. 2) Three of the items did not work out so I returned them. Though the tracking number showed they arrived at the warehouse over three weeks previously, there was no refund posted on my credit card. 3) When I called to inquire about this, I was told there was no record of the items being returned. Since I had the tracking number which proved they were returned, I was told a credit would be issued at that time. We will see if that in fact is the case. I would suggest not buying anything from this company unless you are a good record keeper and enjoy following up on poor service.

Horribly made tech suit - waste of money

I bought my daughter a $350 tech suit (team price) - Laser Elite 2 suit. It went on fine and then when she went to adjust it, her finger went right thru the fabric. This was not a tear but a defect in their tech suite fabric. Her coach, an elite master swimmer look at it and said it was a flaw in the suit and Speedo should honor it with a replacement. Speedo customer service refused to give us an even exchange or even a discount towards another suit. They transferred me to multiple folks and never replied back the last time. They want to be a national sponsor of USA swimming but can't even stand behind their product. Awful company. Will never buy from them again.

thats what happens when you use the tips of your finger to pull the suit up. learn how to properly put on. It happens.

Awful customer service and zero chance of refund. Ordered a suit that was supposed to be FINA approved, but wasn't. Returned it following the instructions contained on the invoice - used the return label provided, completed the return form, and provided all contact info. After about a month, I contacted Speedo regarding the refund status and was told that none would be issued. UNBELIEVABLE. Stay away. Go with TYR or Arena.
