My tracking record showed that my package was delivered on 2th July, but I didn't receive any till today. I called the custom service today and they said I SHOULD BE THE ONE WHO FILED A CLAIM WITH UPS, AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGE THAT HAS BEEN SENT TO UPS.
and they said someone do signed for the package, which means someone has the package, and IT IS NOT LOST, but they even don't require a signature!!!! THE CUSTOM SERVICE IS VERY ARROGANT. NOT even to mention to full refund nor resend the package.
Besides, if you file with UPS, it would be ENDLESS WAITING.
IT IS MY WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER, NEVER BUY STUFF FROM THEIR WEBSITE! NOW I REALLY APPRECIATE AMAZON's ONLINE CUSTOM SERVICE!
